Fast Cure Acrylic Sealant

‌Acrylic sealant is a kind of glue specially designed for acrylic (PMMA) material, with high adhesion, high transparency, good weather resistance and other characteristics. ‌ It can be used not only for the bonding of acrylic materials, but also for the bonding of other transparent plastics, but also for the bonding of metal, wood, flannelette, ceramics and other materials. This kind of glue has the characteristics of high adhesion, good transparency, low odor, environmental protection, etc. It is light transparent and soft after full curing, and has the characteristics of waterproof, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance.

Features

• one-component, room temperature curing;

• Excellent weather resistance, temperature resistance and aging resistance;

• Good adhesion to most substrates.

Using method

1. Make sure surfaces are clean and dry.

2. Fill deep joints or voids with solid filler to 1/2 of surface.

3. Cut tip off cartridge, screw on nozzle, cut nozzle to desired opening at 45 angle. Insert cartridge into standard caulking gun.

4.For a smooth seal, hold cartridge at 45 angle. Apply by pushing sealant ahead of nozzle.

5.If further caulking is required, complete within 5 minutes. Remove excess sealant immediately with dry paper towel.

6.Excess material can be smoothed with putty knife and cleaned up with a damp cloth.

1.Acrylic sealant is a universal sealant that provides good weather resistance in most different applications.

2. Glass doors and windows are bonded and sealed;

3. Adhesive sealing of shop windows and display cases;

4. Sealing of drainage pipes, air-conditioning pipes and power pipes;

5. Bonding and sealing of other kinds of indoor and outdoor glass assembly projects.

WARNING

1.Direct contact of uncured sealant irritates eyes and may irritate skin.

2.Not for internal consumption

3.In case of eye contact flush eves with water for 15 minutes.

4.If imitation persists call a physician.

5.In case of skin contact, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water.

6.In case of ingestion, get medical attention immediately
